Many African Americans become victims of police brutality due to the systemic racism and criminalization of people of color. African Americans are unfairly targeted by law enforcement and not afforded the same rights and privileges as other races in America. There have been many historic events in American society surrounding police brutality, but lately there has been a surge of cases. Recent incidents surrounding George Floyd, Breonna Taylor and Jacob Blake have been the on forefront of news channels and have spearheaded a new civil rights movement. 26-year-old Breonna Taylor graced the June cover of Time Magazine. Worldwide protests sparked by the death of George Floyd, an African American male who died in police custody in May 2020. In Wisconsin, protests were held for 7 days straight in remembrance of the seven bullets that killed Jacob Blake.  

Taylor, Floyd, and Black are not only specific cases of police brutality but simply put, unfair and disgusting situations of judging someone on the basis of their skin color.  An act which is absolutely ironic in a country whose moral compass is based on the idea of freedom for all. Or at least it’s supposed to be. Approximately 1 in 1,000 black men are predicted to be killed by police. The rate at which black Americans are killed by police is more than twice as high as the rate of white Americans. The statistics show how much of target black people are for police. White supremacists’ groups are still all over the United States and there are news articles about them at least once a week. Just this month alone, on October 18^th, 21 members of a white supremacist organization were charged with guns. Personally, I know it is impossible to determine if a soon to be cop is going to be racist but while training them. However, I do believe that officers in training should be continuously reminded that that if a black man and a white man stole a candy bar, they should be charged and treated the same way. The white man shouldn’t be given special treatment or treated differently just because he is white. If they made the same offense, they should be charged and treated the same way.  

Thanks to the 1960s and Martin Luther King, it can be safely said that as a country, America has made major strides in regard to racism. But those strides have not completed the main objective, which is to completely be rid of racism.  There are still major salary gaps when it comes whites and people of color. A black person earns around 75 percent of what a white person earns for the same job. So what’s the point? What’s my opinion on what we can do individually to contribute to the resolution of this fight? Racism can be resolved in your own house. If someone in your family is speaking upon the whole race of blacks in a negative way, correct them. Teach them and they could end up changing their opinion. When you have kids, tell them that everyone should be treated equally no matter what skin color they have. The practice of racism usually starts from the environment you’re in while growing up but once you start getting into your teens, you usually can figure out that racism is wrong even if your family disagrees. Acknowledging what your parents believed in and taught you while you were growing is wrong could help you become a better person. If we all do this, our future households might get the opportunity to grow up in world where there are no racism fatalities like Breonna, George, and Jake.

Sweet alternatives to traditional trick-or-treating.

Covid-19 has caused a lot of changes to our present day lives, including how we celebrate our holidays. Halloween is one of America’s most celebrated holidays, especially loved by kids. However, the virus has also put a damper on our sugary joy with the various safety precautions. So the question is, how will Halloween adapt to the virus while still being a blast? 

For the loved tradition of trick or treating, costumes need to undergo a slight adjustment. Parents are now having their kids where masks along with their costume, if it doesn’t already have one. Hopefully, companies take advantage and produce matching masks to go along with the costumes. For those giving out candy, having a table or seat outside holding a bowl of candy is crucial in maintaining social distance. At least this way, the kiddos will be able to snatch more candy at one go than the measly 2-3 pieces usually given out.  

Besides the trick or treating for younger kids, there are various new and innovative family events for both kids as well as older generation, such as haunted houses. Below are various events that have adapted to the virus while still being loads of fun (with most being free or fairly inexpensive ) : 

• The Not so Spooky Adventure and Harvest Market where you can go shopping for food, knickknacks, free candy and listen to spooky stories on your car’s radio. 
• The Zombie Park Trunk or Treat Drive Thru where you can drive through with the car’s trunk open, collecting candy and watching the screening of the Addams Family. P.S., don’t forget to decorate your car with spooky decorations! 
• Monster Mash Bash a Halloween fiesta with costume contests, prizes, treats and ghostly tours. You KNOW it’s going to be so awesome even Dracula wants to come.  
• The Wynwood Fear Factory is a fusion of a concert and a haunted house. What’s better than listening to some tunes while getting the life scared out of you?  

• The Horrorland– The Drive-Thru Haunted Attraction is a drive-thru haunted house where you better make sure your windows are all the way up, the doors locked and dial 911. It is fully immersive with the horror movie unraveling around you.

Over the years, it has become a known fact that humans have made many negative impact on Earth’s environment. The significance of people’s effect becomes worse by day, as seen in our own beautiful city. Biscayne Bay is an evident example of areas in Miami affected by such, as it progressively declines in health. Although the bay has always been mistreated, around the start of August, countless dead fish have been surfacing the shores of the bay. An apocalyptic sight, it is a present threat that can spread to surrounding ecosystems, including our pristine beaches. To many, the environment does not concern them, however, it in fact has a great influence on their lives.

The reason behind the enormous loss of fish begins with heavy pollution by humans. Mr. Llano, science teacher and department head at Braddock, explains that “litter, fecal contamination from wast water,” storm- water runoff; overall, poor management of the bay are great factors that increase
temperature and alter oxygen levels in the waters. Oxygen is crucial to all life and in bodies of water
damaged by pollution, the ecosystem suffers when their supply of oxygen is cut off. In the case of
Biscayne Bay, it is known that it is heavily polluted as the citizens of Miami do very little to take care of it. The direness of the situation, however, goes further than just the surface level of the water. A marine expert from the Frost Science Museum has mentioned that there are much more unaccounted dead fish at the bottom of the bay. As we all learned in science class, any weak link in the food chain can have a domino effect. In the long run, don’t be surprised to see a dead waste swamp in exchange for the beautiful Biscayne Bay.

Nonetheless, it is essential that we intervene and care for our planet. Biscayne Bay is a vital part
of our lives. As an ecosystem, it is home to the “largest estuary on the coast of southeast Florida.” Not
only does it serve the animal kingdom, it maintains an aspect in our everyday lives. It is home to the Port of Miami- a large part of our city’s income- and fisheries. The bay provides recreational activities, such as boating and sunbathing- some of your favorites. Llano agreed that each person in Miami- Dade county, whether they are residents or tourists, are greatly affected by the bay. Consequently, the health of the bay is more important to us than one would think.

Although the local government has been trying to fix this problem, their attempts are insignificant
compared to the drastic damage throughout the bay. As citizens of Miami and humans of Earth, it is our duty to protect and preserve our only home; there is no Planet B. To find ways to do your part in restoring our fragile ecosystem, educate yourself and others, advocate about the importance of the bay , and find alternatives to our destructive ways. Ms. Pallidine, the environmental teacher here at Braddock was also interviewed and we got her take on the recurring Biscayne Bay issue. Ms. Pallidine has been a teacher for over 30 years, teaches all kinds of science classes, and is a big animal lover and very big on the conservation of the environment. Ms. Pallidine was asked who is affected by this issue and what the main source of this problem is from. She replied with, “it’s mainly the marine animals and organisms but also the companies that make a profit out of catching and selling these animals that are sold to restaurants.” She strongly believes that the reason city officials have not taken action on the matter sooner is simply because of money. The city gets money from all of the new infrastructure being made in the city and is not taking into account the damage that it is causing to the ecosystems and marine animals.

Ms. Pallidine claims that pollution in the bay is not directly the entire bay as a whole but the parts
that are affected will spread and harm the healthy. If the issue does not, she believes that our bay will drastically reduce in size and number of organisms, affecting our economy as well. The only way to prevent our society from causing an issue is like this is by educating younger and older generations more. Informing children when they are in elementary school the importance of conserving our environment and teaching them to appreciate it would make a grand difference in the way that future construction and infrastructure projects are handled.

TikTok is an app that has practically taken over our lives. TikTok is basically Musically but reworked. This app has become so successful due to the ridiculous amount of people that have downloaded it. From little kids to full blown adults, you are guaranteed to find this app on someone’s device whether it be your little brother or your grandma. TikTok consists of pretty much anything you could think of. From cooking videos, to tarot card readings, to videos that will have you rolling on the floor from laughter.  

 The current top 5 trending TikTok accounts are:  

Charlie D’Amelio currently having 91.7 Million followers. Charlie has been dancing her whole life but found herself going viral with her minute-or less dance clips. Because of the teenager, her whole family is now in the spotlight (including her sister who recently debuted her first single).  

 At number two we have Addison Rae currently having 63.7 Million. Like Charli, Addison had been dancing her entire life as well and found herself in the public eye after posting similar “TikTok dances”. Addison has recently befriended celebrities such as Kim and Kourtney Kardashian and has also begun to host award shows.  

Zach King is the third most popular on the app, currently having 50.4 Million. Although he had previously found clout on another similar app, vine, Zach King makes videos portraying magic tricks through editing.  

At number four is Loren Gray having 48.0 Million. Loren already had fame on the app because of its formerly known name, musically. Loren makes beauty and fashion videos and lip syncs to songs to make entertaining content.  

Finally, at number 5 is the official TikTok account having 47.9 Million. This account is used to post entertaining and viral videos and helps to boost the accounts of other creators. 

TikTok has allowed for millions of people have gone viral by posting videos that they make for their own entertainment. In this day in age, going viral and gaining millions of followers is not that hard and does not require having any actual talent. You can literally become an overnight internet sensation by just posting a video of you swinging your arms and calling it a dance. Because of the way that the algorithm is set up, it ensures that you pop up on millions of people’s “for you page” that share very similar interests to you. Using the “#fyp” in the caption of a video is said to help you reach a bigger audience, making your video more successful. TikTok has completely changed the way that people view fame and social media. It is so much more common to find fame on TikTok than anywhere else and because of this, people have adapted a skewed view of what an “influencer” really is. The app works because it connects people from all around the world that share very similar interests. This has allowed for there to be widespread trends and exposure to new ideas or things. TikTok has had its fair share of controversy and has even caught the attention of President Trump in the worst way possible, who has tried to ban the app on several occasions. One thing that the app has proved is to be loved by all generations and that it is here to stay.

On August 28, 2020, Chadwick Boseman’s family had reported that after four years of secretly battling colon cancer he had sadly passed away. Boseman was a brave and strong man that even with colon cancer still made movies for us to watch and enjoy. Even though his death was tragic, his fans have showed their immense love and respect for him in the months following his death. Let’s take time to look back at his career and accomplishments.  

Chadwick Boseman is most known for his icon role as Black Panther. He was in many movies in the MCU, Marvel Cinematic Universe, including Avengers Infinity War, Avengers Endgame, Black Panther, and many other movies in the MCU. Many fans’ favorite film starring Boseman was Black Panther because of the amazing action scenes throughout the movie and the great performance all the actors give, especially Chadwick Boseman. 

Many feel as if Black Panther was the first movie that truly showcased an African American superhero in a mainstream way. There had been other famous African American superheroes before such as Spawn or Blade, but they weren’t as popular or groundbreaking as Black Panther and to most they just weren’t as hopeful and charismatic as him either. When the movie came out, it seemed to give many young African Americans hope and excitement about the future of representation in the film industry. For years following the movie, people filled with love for Boseman cheered “Wakanda Forever”. This is what differentiated Black Panther from movies like Spawn or Blade; not only was an action movie, but a movie of heart that instilled hope in everyone watching.  

Besides being featured in several MCU movies, Chadwick has been in many other movies as well. The most recent movie that he starred in was “Da Five Bloods” which won four midseason awards including: best picture, best director, and best actor. The movie is about 4 African American Vietnam veterans who go back to collect the treasure they left there. He has also starred in “21 Bridges”, “Marshall”, and several other amazing movies. In 21 Bridges he plays the lead character who finds out about a massive conspiracy and tracks down two cop killers. 

Since Boseman sadly passed away this leaves the character of Black Panther in a very tough position because there is no actor who seems to be able to fill the shoes that Boseman left behind. Although this has led to much speculation of the internet on who is going to play Black Panther in the second movie, many feel as if replacing him to make a new movie would be disrespectful to him and his family. . I don’t think they would CGI Boseman because in my opinion that would be disrespectful to him and his family. Another interesting idea is that the next film is just going to be about Wakanda and its citizens. This could be possible and maybe easier since they do not have to replace the Black Panther and truly honor him. Fans will just have to keep speculating until Marvel and Disney decide what they are going to do with the movie and character. 

Chadwick was an amazing actor, but he was also an all-around great person. In his own time, he would surprise sick kids in hospitals and make them feel infinitely better. He even donated 4.2 million dollars of protective equipment to hospitals who needed it. Everyone who met him would leave full of happiness, his co-star Angela Bassett described him as a “beautiful spirit” and a “soulful brother”.  “When you are deciding on the next steps, next jobs, next careers, further education, you should rather find purpose than a job or a career. Purpose crosses disciplines. Purpose is an essential element of you.” -Chadwick Boseman

    The Summer 2020 Olympics, an event that was looked forward to since the 2016 Rio Olympics. However due to the global pandemic, The Olympics postponed was moved till 2021.  Now several questions come into play. Are athletes going to be ready in 2021? Have athletes been training? How will Covid 19 affect the organization of the Olympics? 

           The International Olympics committee (IOC) was under an immense of amount of pressure to postpone the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. However, the IOC had long insisted that the games would continue as planned. Although there were several countries already saying they would not participate, the Olympics was still going to take place. Not very much later, the IOC met with several presidents and decided that postponing the games would be the safest option.  

The summer Olympics have been canceled three times before. The Summer 2016 Olympics held in Rio, Brazil took place despite the Zika virus, however the coronavirus can be easily transmitted between humans. Prior to the cancelling of the Olympics, the coronavirus also caused the cancellations of the NBA, NHL, English Premier League, and several other world tournaments.  

             Due to this cancellation, athletes have been set back tremendously. Because most of training for almost all sports takes place in public areas with several people, social distancing can be complicated. For this reason, many athletes went weeks, some even months without training. This also results in a physical set back within the athlete’s body and their skills. Because Olympics are only held every four years athletes follow a certain training plan in order to be completely ready for the week of the Olympic trials.  

However, once pushed back a year this makes it very hard for athletes to get back on track. On the other hand, even if they took part in training it would be very different then it was before. In order to prevent the spread of corona virus there are various restrictions some even considered laws to follow. For example, wearing a face mask in public, staying 6 feet apart, maiming a capacity within a closed area. All these making it very difficult to adapt to new training.  Along with these restrictions, many believe that the organization of the 2021 Olympics will also follow a new strict set of rules. This will most likely result in less audience due to social distancing. This may be a problem when regarding money because usually all seats are expected to be filled up. With the Olympics being postponed, Tokyo already lost billions of dollars, not filling up the seats would result in more loss. 

          The IOC claims that the Summer Olympics will take place no later than 2021 In Tokyo. This means that athletes must be ready by next year. The 2024 Olympics is still set in calendars to take place in Paris. This creates another issue among the world of athletes. They are given 4 years in between each Olympics to physically and mentally prepare. Having the Olympics in 2021 and 2024 would be only a 3-year difference. This can throw off the course of an athlete tremendously, not giving them enough time to reach the point where they need to be to qualify.   

           Having the knowledge that has been given, the global pandemic has affected millions of lives, and the Olympics and athletes participating are no exception. Within the next months, the IOC will be coming out with more information regarding rules and restrictions and plans that will be followed to maintain safety among all.

The members of the 2020 Miami Heat roster were not supposed to be as great as they were this season. Typically, we don’t see an organization take advantage of young players like the Heat did this season. Experts predicted this team to be a first-round elimination. Many didn’t believe Jimmy Butler could take this team as far as he did. In fact, they didn’t think he could take this team anywhere due to his past antics. He was criticized about his decision, many claiming he signed with the Heat for the money. 

With the help of draft picks, confidence, an underdog mentality as well as the surrounding winning culture in Miami, the Heat’s future seems bright. Their rosters key players consist of late lottery round picks such as Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo and undrafted players such as Kendrick Nunn and Duncan Robinson who have been crucial to the success of this team. 

Right before the tradeline the Heat made some power moves trading for both Andre Iguodala and Jae Crowder. Crowder and Iguodala are a huge driving force on defense which took them from the 12^th best defensive team to the 4^th. This move opened up more opportunities in offense as Crowder was knocking down 43.1% of his threes.  Iguodala brings playoffs and finals experience as he has been in the last 6 finals winning 3 of them and even securing a finals MVP in one. It is no doubt these acquisitions helped the Heat get to where they are now 

Jimmy Butlers alpha mentality and great leadership, despite his past and previous altercations in teams such as the Bulls and Timberwolves, gave these players the confidence they needed. He believed in them, he encouraged them, and he took these young guys under his wing. When one of the best players in the league sees something in you it gives you a huge confidence boost and Jimmy knew this. He didn’t care about scoring all the points and being the main driving, he wanted to win, and to win he knew he had to get these young guys to step to the plate. 

It’s safe to say his presence worked. Bam Adebayo came of a 15.9 points per game followed by 10.2 rebounds and 5.1 assists. To add to this, he got his first all-star appearance alongside jimmy. Bam was the driving force to win many games this playoff run. He had crazy plays such as the game winning block against Jayson Tatum in game 1 and he put up insane numbers throughout various games. 

Tyler Herro came of his rookie year averaging 13 points and gaining recognition around the heat for his shooting abilities. He managed to drop 37 points on the Celtics in game 4 which prevented the Celtics from tying the series and allowing the heat to gup 3-1. He earned himself a starting role in the finals and did not disappoint.  

The Heats lethal three-point shooter Duncan Robinson was incredible for them and helped bring this teams three-point percentage up greatly. The heat finished 8^th in three-point shooting and most of the credit goes to him. 

This heat team played amazing in the playoffs going 12-3. A fifth seed team managed to eliminate the first seed Milwaukee Bucks, who have the MVP from the past two season in just 5 games, as well as the third seed Boston Celtics who are a great team. Despite not being able to close up and win the finals against the Lakers, with no doubt this team is special, and it is one of the best young teams we have seen in forever. Miami is proud of them and we believe in them. We know for years to come we are going to be competing for that a new finals trophy to add to our other three trophies.

Here in the United States we have a right that not many are given throughout different countries around the world. We are granted the right to vote for our president, giving citizens a voice and an opportunity to elect the leader of our country. Some countries who don’t have this choice have submitted into a tyrannical oppression or have been ruled for centuries by one family under a monarchy. Despite having this right, we still don’t vote. Only about 60% of the voting eligible population has voted in recent elections. The majority of these votes come from elderly citizens. This year there will be 4 million new voters just turning of age, ready to vote. A lot of seniors from our school are going to be able to vote and it is encouraged you go out and exercise this right. It doesn’t matter what your political party is or who you side with. The most important thing is that you vote. If we want to see change and see our country prosper, we must go out and vote. Exercise your right, don’t let it go to waste. Make the change you want to see. 

It is more important than ever to vote during this election considering all the issues going on in the country right now, like BLM and LGBT movement or issues with immigration as well as healthcare and our economy being threatened. Our President has handled these issues greatly and has done a great job the past four years and in my respectful opinion I hope to shed light on these issues throughout the rest of this piece.  

In the past few months our country has dealt with an uproar of protests in regard to the Black Lives Matter Movement. While the president is in favor of this and he encourages people to protest and express their first amendment rights, one thing he will not stand by is the looting, vandalism and the violent destruction of businesses. The violence that arises from these protests give the BLM movement a bad reputation. Some of these protests have been infiltrated by ANTIFA members which resort to violence to get their point across. When faced with this violence the president has dealt with the situation greatly. The mayors of these cities granted him the power to stop them and he quickly shut down the unlawful protests without hurting anyone or restricting the protestors freedom of speech. The president allowed the BLM activists to go back out there and protest and they did so, he never did anything to silence them or against them as the media says.  

President Trump has this stigma of being a narcissistic racist when in truth he has done more for the African American population than any other president has done besides Abraham Lincoln. During his term the black unemployment rate has reached an all-time low of just 5.5%. Not only that but with Trumps First Step Act, he has released thousands of wrongly incarcerated people from prisons, whom which 90% of were black. Not to mention some of those incarcerated, were put there by no other than Joe Biden, as he has a history of being in favor and voting for policies in which African Americans suffer from such as the 1994 crime law. Biden pushed for this law as a senator and he helped bring it to light. The law basically gave police enforcements an incentive to arrest and lock up as many African Americans as they could. 

In addition to the First Step Act, he has created and promoted these “opportunity zones” in which private investment is incentivized. These zones are usually in poor communities where minority groups tend to reside in. This has led to jobs and economic growth for African Americans and resulted in the lowest poverty rate of African Americans at just 18%. There’s other various policy’s and actions under the Presidents administration that benefit the black population, yet people still call him a racist and are against his every word.  

A similar issue on which many believe President Trump is against is the LGBT movement when it’s clearly not the case. President trump has been a longtime ally of the LGBT movement he has donated to research for AIDS throughout the years and has supported many laws in favor of the LGBT community such as an amendment to the 1964 civil rights act which would ban discrimination of an individual based on their sexual orientation. He’s supported gay rights and gay couples and advocated to our government long before he was president that they deserved he same rights that straight couples have.  

During his administration he’s passed some laws and plans to benefit the LGBT population. The President devised a plan, “Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America”, in which a goal of reducing the HIV infections to just 75% in five year and 90% in 10 years has been targeted. He plans to do this with a medication that will be distributed to 200,000 individuals yearly till at least December 31, 2025. President Trump and his organization and his administration have stared a global campaign in which the goal is to end the criminalization of homosexuality. In many countries there are people wrongfully convicted due to their sexual orientations and President Trump as well as the republican party are in favor of ending this unlawful act. 

Immigration is a very controversial topic, and many left wingers disagree with the actions the president has taken. Many believe that Trump I against all types of immigration when in reality he as well as many others are just against illegal immigration due to the burden and threat it poses to our country. Many of these illegal immigrants take advantage of our welfare program and it’s not fair to taxpayers that their money is going towards helping immigrants who don’t contribute much back to the economy. Trump acted against this and stopped undocumented immigrants from receiving welfare. Trump has also helped American citizen and residents have more jobs and a guarantee of not getting their labor replaced by undocumented immigrants. 

In addition, The Trump administration got “the safe third country rule” passed. The act states that any migrant seeking asylum in the U.S. will have to apply for asylum in that country first: If not they can’t apply for asylum in the United States. Also, the U.S. has reached an agreement with El Salvador which allows immigrants from third countries seeking asylum in the U.S. to remain in El Salvador. In exchange the U.S. will invest in El Salvador. Many immigrants falsely declare asylum and it’s not fair to those who are in actual need of it. Trumps administration has worked to crack down on these fake cases and approve more of the real cases and give residency to those who really need it. 

The southern border has been packed with illegal immigrants trying to cross over. The president has sent troops to the border to contain this and the apprehensions and arrests at the border have decreased immensely. The President also shut down flights from countries such as China and other countries In Europe during the initial outbreak of the coronavirus outbreak and it prevented the virus from doing more damage than it did. Without doing this the situation could be much worse in this country.  

Healthcare is another topic Trumps organization so deeply cares to improve upon. When he first went into office he was left with the healthcare system president Obama left behind which was a complete mess. Trump plans to completely get rid of Obamacare in his next term. He tried during his first term but didn’t have much success. However, he did get to accomplish some victories regarding healthcare. President trump was able to aid our veterans greatly by giving them more healthcare options. His act allows veterans to seek aid at the VA or at any private medical facility of their choice in his own words, “no veteran will die waiting for service.” Under Obama and Biden, veterans had access to community care programs, but this was only if the VA allowed for them to go, restricting the choice of the veteran to choose his or her healthcare provider. This led to the death of many veterans due to the increasingly long wait times. There was a lot of fraud and manipulation going on with the VA and Trump has done his best to combat this and has given the choice back to our veterans 

In addition to this, trump and his organization have managed to lower pharmaceutical prices. Drug prices have lowered 80-90%. If he has any luck, he plans to get rid of Obamacare in his next term ending its abuse over the American people. Under Obamacare everyone is forced to have insurance, and, in most cases, it leads to them paying more than they would have to before Obamacare was in place. It’s also led to employers cutting employees hours due to the expense of covering their healthcare. Over 300,000 people died due to Obama and Biden’s poor health care and Trump plans on not doing those same mistakes  

The economy under President Trump has been the best it has ever been in the history of our country. He’s brought back over 700,000 jobs to the united states that were previously in other countries such as China. He’s encouraged many businesses to come back to the United States as well as bringing back factories and production of goods. Trumps administration has given this country it’s all time low unemployment rate of just 3.5% of the population. in addition thanks to President Trump many families have been able to get off welfare and can now provide for their own. Poverty rate has also decreased. The stock market saw major growth  

However, the economy took a big hit when the country shot down due to the corona virus. But it’s been recovering fast and it’s on pace to be higher that it was before. Trumps biggest accomplishment during his first term was probably his economy and there’s no doubt whether you are on the left or right that this economy has been the best the country has seen in a long time and it gives opportunity to prosper for many citizens.
